Stage 1:

Build & Create

Most founders thinking about exit don't know what their business is actually worth, or what it would take to change that number.

We have a range of options to support you in defining value, exit route and timing, from self-led to hands on consulting.

1. The Strategic Review (Done for you)

Over 12 weeks, we build a complete picture of your business: what buyers in your market are paying and why, where your business sits against comparable deals, who the active acquirers are, and what's driving or dragging your value.

That means real deal data, multiples, buyer profiles, advisors active in your sector, not estimates based on generic rules of thumb.

The output is a valuation indication, a set of prioritised recommendations, and a clear view of the risks that need addressing before you go anywhere near a transaction.

It's the foundation on which everything else is built, because we can't plan an exit without first understanding what you're working with, and what you're working towards.

For most founders, it's the first time someone has looked at their business through a buyer lens. That changes how you make decisions.

2. Scaling to Succession (Done with you)

A digital programme designed exclusively for business owners delivered over 6 modules and 25 hours of content from our trademark Conscious Capital Creator framework with practical temaplates and guides to download.

We provide subscription based access to this alongside retained advisory and accountability engagements to develop or enhance the exit plan over 6-12 months.

3. Exit Ready (You do the work)

A self-led digital programme developed exclusively for business owners to understand what exit planning involves.

It walks you through the six stages of building a business that's genuinely ready to sell: understanding your value drivers, strengthening what buyers scrutinise, and making the decisions that need to happen years before any transaction does.

Delivered over 12 chapters, <3 hours of content with a tailored workbook to document actions, it's designed for time poor founders who aren't ready to appoint advisors, but are committed to starting the planning process themselves.

A two year planning period creates optimal results, but exit planning at any stage delivers a strong return on investment.

Typical implementation phases run for 18 - 24 months but ultimately, you set the timetable.

Stage 2:

Implement

With your exit plan in place, the next step is implementation. This phase is all about putting your plan into action, with a focus on value creation and growth. We provide a range of support, including:

  1. Structured accountability support to prioritise actions, access credible experts when you need them, set the timetable and regularly review progress.
  2. Retained advisory input to build effective board processes through straetgy planning resources, enhanced management reporting and leadership team development.

Stage 3:

You’ll receive bespoke adviser engagement support ensuring you access the best advice at the right price, to help you navigate the sale process and secure the best possible outcome.

From guidance with positioning and development of presentation materials, to buyer referencing and engagement, our corporate finance and investor insight ensures you’re fully equipped to enter a sale process and execute a successful exit.

Once the results and strategy can be evidenced to align with valuation goals we move into the Execute phase.
